Who's behind VisionMaker?
VisionMaker was founded in 2003 by Wayne Bishop, the original founding partner, visionary, and development manager for the Peninsula Papagayo project in Costa Rica that included the Four Seasons Hotel as part of its first phase. His partners, Jon Pugh and Ed Alegre, are experienced executives from well-recognized corporations such as Walt Disney, Universal Studios and CB Richard Ellis, among others.
VisionMaker’s three senior partners have over 100 years of combined professional experience in providing a wide range of services to clients. From traditional feasibility studies, site evaluations and due diligence work, to the full design and implementation of real estate development projects, we bring a unique and broad breadth of real estate expertise.
Together and individually, the VisionMaker partners have worked and completed projects and assignments all over the U.S., as well as overseas, with a particular emphasis in Latin America, including Costa Rica, Panama, El Salvador, Mexico, Peru and Argentina.
