Crystal Island
VisionMaker was retained by the Moscow Development Company to develop an architectural concept, feasibility study and business plan for a proposed mixed-use development to be located on a city-owned land parcel located in Moscow, Russia. This 250-acre site, known as Crystal Island, is scheduled to be developed with residential, commercial and entertainment uses, including a casino, multi-screen cinemas, and a family entertainment center, as well as a theme park, arena and museums, with an estimated total investment projected at over $2.5 billion. VisionMaker’s work was completed as scheduled, and the city of Moscow (50% owners of the site) is actively working on moving this project forward.
