Finca La Argentina
This 2,500 acre site is located 15 minutes west of San Jose, Costa Rica. VisionMaker worked with the land owners to plan and design a residential community catering to the U.S. retirement community. As such, the initial concept envisioned a high quality living environment with a true Costa Rican inspiration. The project benefits from excellent year round climate and will consist of a series of neighborhoods, each with its own identity, surrounded by a network of streams, waterfalls and brooks. The project will have a pedestrian walkway system with exercise stations and rest stops. Additional eco-walking trails will run along valley gorges. The process of fully developing this concept is now underway.
