Peninsula Papagayo is a 2,600 acre property located in Guanacaste, in the northwest region of Costa Rica. Wayne Bishop, VisionMaker’s founder, was the original developer of this world class resort which includes a Four Seasons hotel and an Arnold Palmer-designed golf course. In 2006, Conde Nast named the project the top resort in Central and South America.
Peninsula Papagayo propelled Costa Rica to the top of the world class tourism destinations, moving it from a budget based ecological destination, to a luxury adventure spot that combines the unique natural features of the Guanacaste region with uncompromised quality of construction, services and amenities. The public response was overwhelmingly positive, and this success has spawned an unprecedented level of new development in the country.
