Punta Piedra
The Punta Piedra project is located in the Tambor area of Costa Rica, to the northwest of San Jose. It encompasses over 800 acres of beachfront land, with natural forests and a varied topography that will allow for many resort-related uses. Independent studies have determined that the local conditions are ideal for development of a world-class marina on the site, in addition to hotels and residences. VisionMaker was initially engaged to provide a Phase 1-Feasibility Study for a Marina and Overall Land Development on behalf of the owners, and was asked to act as developer of the project.
