He is a real estate professional with over 20 years of successful experience in international real estate, corporate real estate, appraisal, consulting and brokerage. Mr. Alegre specializes in seeking, analyzing and developing opportunities and developing delivery platforms for public and private sector clients across a wide range of property types throughout the United States and Latin America.
Mr. Alegre works with clients seeking to evaluate, acquire and develop major properties in Latin America. For this purposes, he implements the processes and financial tools required to identify, evaluate, acquire and operate real estate within the shortest time frame and at the best economic terms.
