The Partners
- Wayne R. Bishop is the founder of VisionMaker LLC, a firm specializing in identifying and developing unique real estate opportunities on behalf of investors. Mr. Bishop is the visionary and creative force of the firm, and draws from his more than 35 years of professional experience to focus on world class projects located primarily in emerging markets.
Over 10 years ago, Mr. Bishop identified and successfully pursued Peninsula Papagayo, a 2,600 acre world class property located in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica. He was the original developer of the award winning Peninsula Papagayo resort in Costa Rica, which includes a Four Seasons hotel and an Arnold Palmer-designed golf course.
